Winter Jam is coming to the Big Apple!

Who doesn't love a good snowball fight?

Ok, when you think of New York, "the beautiful snowy city" is not what you think of right away. So why would you go there to do winter activities right?

On one side you say that in Montreal, we already have so much snow? Fresh and more! But the temperature sometimes ... Who really has the courage to build a snowman when it's -20?

In any case, if you are passing through New York this weekend, I strongly recommend the Winter Jam at Central Park! Why? Because it's minus -5 degrees!

Witner Jam, presented by NYC Parks, the Olympic Regional Development Authority, I Love NY, and I Ski NY,  is a winter sports festival that is FREE and for ALL ages

Gore Mountain, kindly accepted to blow loads and loads of snow all over the biggest park of Manhattan, to create an urban snow field where tons and tons of activities will be held! I’m talking, ski lessons, ice carving, hill sledding, snow shovel race, ice bowling, curling, dodgeball and many, many more!

So go dig up that old snow pants of yours out of attic, make sure it fits, and join the fun this Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Ouh! You might have guessed it already, but this kind of phenomena doesn’t happen often, so make sure you get there early! And bring EXTRA SOCKS!
