Petalpalooza in Washington!

Come celebrate the season’s beginnings at the National Cheery Blossom Festival’s Petalpalooza (Great name, I know!) this Saturday in Washington DC!

On the piers of the Southwest Waterfront, celebrators will be greeted with live music on outdoor stages, various activities, a beer garden and a fireworks show by Pyrotecnico!

For the sake of Cherry Blossom celebrations, the newly developed outdoors seafood market ‘’The Wharf’’, was transformed in order to accommodate all the entertainment necessary to fulfill a family-friendly day of FREE fun!

Plus may I add that s’mores will be available on their fire pit? Not only that, but roller skating rinks will be opened, gigantic floral color-by-number will be available to draw on, larger-than-life games for kids, and much MUCH more!

The festivities starts at 1h pm on April 6, but if you are a busy-bee and can only make it in time for the fireworks, they start at 8h30 pm!
