Tacos and Rumba! In the heart of New York City!
Genuine question… Does New York City ever sleep? Because every time I check my sources for coming up events or activities in the city, I always end up with waaayyyy too many options! It’s kind of overwhelming!
Truly, you can never be bored in New York City! For instance, this weekend, Harlem is having their Annual Ethnic Festival! (Whut??!!!)
Yep, the title says it all! Rendez-vous on May 18th in East Harlem for a day-long celebration displaying the neighborhood’s unique culture through music, dance, ethnic cuisine and sooooo much more! Starting at 11 a.m., there will be a variety of multi-cultural entertainment and over 50 local vendors!
Also happening on May 18th is a Dance Parade taking place throughout several neighborhoods in New York! It’s one of the most popular free events of May and we can all guess why! Starting on 21st Street/Broadway the parade will dance its way into the East Village emphasizing different global music through every stretch!
