Here are some suggestions for your weekend in New York.
There might not be as many activities mid-October as there are in the middle of the summer but the Big Apple is the city that never sleeps and it never runs out of ways to entertain its inhabitants and/or tourists.
If you want to take advantage of the last days of blue sky North America has to offer for a while, you might want to visit the Top of the Rock or the Empire State Building. Both of the massive towers offer magnificent views of the city where you can take pictures that’ll make your friends jealous or re-enact scenes from your favourite rom-coms. Take advantage of the dry weather to get great shots of Central Park, as the leaves are changing colour and the ground isn’t covered in snow yet.
But if you’d rather be inside and check out a really cool exhibit, you might want to go see the Frick Collection. Not only is the estate beautiful, but you‘ll feel like you’re in an Italian palace from the content of the exhibit and the architecture of the house.
These activities might be a bit clichés but hey! Clichés exist for a reason and you won’t want to miss out on being on top of the world, overlooking a beautiful concrete jungle! Check out this link to see our trips to New York.
